*This is not a sponsored post*

For the last 6 months I've switched out my regular multi-vitamins (with the exception of adding additional Vitamin D per my doctor because I live in the North East & it's been winter) with Lupa Vita which is a multi-vitamin designed specifically for Lupus patients.

Lupa Vita is non-GMO, gluten free and soy free.  To me, these three things are very important!  I also like that the levels of each vitamin are higher than what you'll find in traditional multi-vitamins, because my doctor has told me multiple times that people with autoimmune diseases tend to have low levels of the vitamins included in Lupa Vita.

Prior to taking Lupa Vita, I was taking the following daily:
Vitamin D
Vitamin C
Vitamin B12
Omega Supplements
Magnesium
A multi-vitamin
and I had to take those twice a day...which is a lot of pills!   Lupa Vita is once a day and includes the following:
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
Calcium
Selenium
Vitamin C
Zinc
Vitamin B12
Magnesium
Turmeric
Flaxseed Oil
Black Pepper (helps your body absorb the turmeric)
Cherry Extract

You can learn more about why Lupa Vita included these vitamins by reading about it here on their website.  I did my research and I am very happy with choosing Lupa Vita for my multi-vitamin.  The hardest part about all of the supplements needed with lupus is remembering to take them and also having to swallow so many pills.  Lupa Vita is one capsule that I find easy enough to swallow.

You can purchase Lupa Vita here.  You can either buy it on Amazon or have them deliver to you monthly, which is what I do so that I don't have to remember to re-order and I won't run out.

If you decide to try Lupa Vita, let me know what you think by commenting below.

Have a happy & healthy day!
