Summer Steakhouse Salad

I've been looking for more healthy summer meals, so when I found this recipe I was excited!

I didn't have all the ingredients on hand so I edited it a bit.  I used "skillet steak" which is cheaper than NY Sirloin and is thin so it can be cooked in a skillet on the stovetop.  I seasoned my steak with A1 Dry Rub.  While it was cooking in the pan (just a minute or two on each side), I put romaine lettuce on plates, added gorgonzola cheese crumbles & sliced tomato and drizzled it with balsamic vinaigrette.  Once the steak was ready, I drizzled a little traditional A1 Sauce onto the steak and placed it over the salad.  

It was delicious! Of course I forgot to take a picture, but it looked a lot like the photo...minus the onions and blue cheese dressing.  This is a salad you can mix and match with your own favorite flavors.  I served my salad with fresh local corn on the cob.
